Quality Control Testing

We provide quality control (QC) testing services in our laboratory to the pharmaceutical, health-food and food sectors. Our analytical services cover a variety of products such as capsules, tablets, powders, liquids, emulsions and raw materials. Our specialist techniques when carrying out quality control testing include HPLC, GLC, ICP-MS, FTIR, LC/MS, GC/MS, Disintegration, Dissolution and UV/Vis and a wide range of physical techniques.

Stability Testing & Storage

Our analytical services laboratory houses a large stability suite with over 15,000 litres of storage which is qualified to ICH standards. Depending on your specific stability storage requirements. We also offer bespoke non-ICH storage solutions for both short and long term stability trials to suit your needs. We offer storage at:

Testing of Medical Devices

We offer comprehensive analytical testing services for a wide range of medical applications intended for use within the healthcare sectors. Waste & Water Quality Testing

We cover testing of a wide range of water applications from Water for Injection, Purified Water, Potable, Process and Waste water for Consent to Discharge. Covered within this is the assessment of organic and inorganic impurities, suspended solids, heavy metals, TOC and BOD. Method Development & Validation

In our laboratory we are able to provide method development and validation to ICH Q2 R2 to support your product registration, stability and release requirements.

Vitamin & Mineral Analysis

Our laboratory offers comprehensive testing of vitamins, minerals and trace elements in raw materials and finished products. Using validated methods including HPLC, LC-MS/MS and ICP-MS, we ensure accurate nutrient quantification to support label claims, product quality, regulatory compliance and consumer safety.

Peptide Testing

We provide specialist peptide analysis to verify identity and purity for a wide range of peptide materials. Using advanced techniques such as HPLC and Mass Spectrometry, we deliver accurate data for quality control, impurity profiling and potency confirmation.

Allergen Screening

ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) is the industry standard for the quantitative screening of allergens in food products, environmental surfaces, and rinse waters. It uses specific antibodies to detect “marker” proteins unique to an allergen, producing a measurable colour change that indicates the allergen’s concentration. At Marfleet Analytical we use ELISA for the screening of the 14 mandatory allergens, individually or as a suite.
